Travel Services

These can be subject to change, especially if your holiday is booked well in advance. If the changes have a considerable effect on the travel arrangements, customers are legally entitled to a refund or credit without penalty. Advance Passenger Information

The Irish Government requires that we collect your passport details for security purposes, prior to travel. This should be submitted when your holiday is confirmed or no later than 3 months before departure. Specific mandatory requirements by the holiday provider will be sent to you prior to departure. Each supplier will differ for this information so please check carefully.


Financial Protection

Travel inclusive packages within the Republic of Ireland sold by the Policyholder as principal to the contract are protected by the Irish topp policy subject to the terms and conditions of the policy. Emergency Information

In the case of an emergency, the details of the travel service provider will be visible on the documentation. Please always remember to ensure you have your travel insurance details with you at all times. Complaints

If you have a problem whilst on holiday, this must be reported to the relevant principal/supplier or their local supplier or agent immediately. If you fail to follow this procedure there will be less opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint. f you are unable to contact the resort representative, you should contact your travel advisor as soon as possible. The amount of compensation you may be entitled to may be reduced or you may not receive any at all depending upon the circumstances. If you wish to complain when you return home, write to the principal/supplier. You will see the name and address plus contact details in any confirmation documentation. We will of course assist you with this if you wish- please contact your InteleTravel agent and copy Customer Services at [email protected].
